Field Service Technician II
As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers. You will travel extensively to customer sites, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of our products. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our field service operations. You will report directly to our Lead Field Technician, and you'll work across the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
This role requires 100% travel throughout the week, Monday-Friday. In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by delivering high-quality service and support. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform equipment installations and upgrades, and provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
