As the Finance Director, Strategic Sourcing leading
the team supporting the global Sourcing and Procurement function at Honeywell
Aerospace Technologies, you will have a critical role in managing the financial
performance and implementing key financial strategies and initiatives. You will
be responsible for partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive supply
chain strategy that enables long-term growth, margin expansion, and supply
chain resiliency as well as supporting the short-term direct material financial
performance.
Reporting to the CFO, Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace
Technologies, you will play a key role in driving financial performance in a
dynamic business environment. Your responsibilities will include strategic
planning, forecasting, business modeling, analysis, and reporting. You will
also be responsible for driving productivity, mitigating inflation, and
ensuring robust review and internal controls processes around direct material,
indirect expense, and value engineering savings.

in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work arrangement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with ISC Sourcing and Procurement senior
leadership to drive performance to commitments
• Leverage Sourcing experience to drive strategic business
decisions that support supply chain resiliency
• Ensure strong internal controls and metrics performance
reporting
• Act as a finance liaison with functional leaders to align
operational metrics (e.g., direct material productivity, payables) to P&L
and Cash Flow results
• Engage with Commodity Teams to support and optimize
supplier contract negotiations
• Participate in cross-SBG initiatives to standardize
processes and share best practices
• Support ISC Finance initiatives, ensuring process
improvements and establishing Finance standard work
• Develop the AOP/Formal Forecasts/Short Range Outlook
• Enhance and automate analytical tools for more efficient
and timely reporting
