As an HSE&F Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations. You will be accountable for developing and implementing HSE&F programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and to comply with regulatory requirements.
You will report directly to our Plant Director and you’ll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our operations by guiding the development and implementation of HSE&F programs, policies, and procedures. You will conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Your expertise in HSE&F management will help us maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents and injuries. You will also work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE&F performance and promote a culture of safety across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement HSE&F programs, policies, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE&F regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE&F practices
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE&F performance
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization
