As a Building Automation Controls Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building automation systems. Your expertise in building automation controls, including Tridium Niagara systems, will contribute to the overall energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities.
The role involves installing, programming, and maintaining building automation systems, including HVAC, fire, and alarm systems automation. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building automation controls, conduct preventive maintenance and inspections, and work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Strong technical skills, including experience with open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LON, etc.) and commercial industrial systems, are essential for success in this role. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent are also required.
