As a Technician-I/E-Level 2 here at Honeywell Energy &
Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in maintaining and
troubleshooting I/E systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring
the smooth operation of our I/E systems, identifying and resolving technical
issues, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. Your expertise in I/E will
contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations.
You will report directly to our I/E Supervisor and you'll work out of
our Geismar, LA location.
In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of our I/E
systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and
functionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all instrument and
electrical equipment in the plant. Duties also include completion of all
regulatory PM’s in accordance with plant procedures. Also be a contributor to
continuous improvement ideas within the I/E department. SAP knowledge would be
a plus. Good communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple task as
well as being able to work well with other departments within the plant site
required. PLC and VFD experience would be valuable. Combustion chamber
trouble-shooting a plus as well.
