Improve Customer Experience with Complex Equipment
Efficiently execute on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of intricate equipment and systems independently. Follow precise work instructions and collaborate with Engineering teams to revise outdated or incorrect guidance. Enhance training materials and documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot administrative difficulties related to equipment delivery and installation.
Main Responsibilities
- Rotate through various shifts, including nights, Thurs-Sat 6pm-6am and 4 hours on Wed.
- Inspect for Quality
- Install or Repair Work Orders
- Provide Customer Support
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical or industrial field installation
- Able to work nights, Thurs-Sat 6pm-6am and 4 hours on Wed.

- Technical/installation background
- Customer service experience
