ABOUT THE ROLE
Honeywell Intelligrated is a leading provider of automated material handling solutions. We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a retail distribution center in Bronx, NY. This role involves providing onsite technical support for the 2nd (afternoon/night) shift.
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 2pm to 12:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, sorters, motors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Maintain and replace components such as belts, pulleys, chains, bearings, motors, and electrical devices.
- Utilize handheld devices and mobile apps for work orders, data entry, and reporting.
- Follow safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform tasks like wiring, using multi-meters, and interpreting schematics.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and climbing.
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours and work at heights.
- Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and work overtime if needed.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
