As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
- Analyze market trends and customer insights through data analysis to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Travel as required (up to 5%)

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Building Automation Solutions industry knowledge
- Wholesaler experience
- Passion for sales and achieving results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Continuous learning and adaptability
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience
