As a Senior IT Engineer - Salesforce Developer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations to meet business needs.
Your expertise in Salesforce development will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency within M&A. You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your Salesforce development skills to deliver innovative solutions that streamline business processes, improve customer experience, and drive growth with Merger and Acquisitions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain Salesforce development and integrations of M&A
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Implement customizations and enhancements to meet business needs
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features to drive continuous improvement
