THE POSITION
Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for our Chandler, AZ location. As a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Program Implementation:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes using advanced engineering principles and techniques. Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies to support new projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create budget proposals aligned with all necessary resources to achieve program deliverables.
- Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to optimize production workflows and resource allocation. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks detrimental to project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity, including coaching and mentoring younger talent.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate achievements, ongoing initiatives, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Up to 20% travel expected

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
This position is incentive plan eligible.
