As a Lead Fire Alarm Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, programming, and setting of fire alarm systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by installing and maintaining state-of-the-art fire alarm systems.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Dallas, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, commission, program, and set fire alarm systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and assist in their training and development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including system configurations, test results, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in fire alarm systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
