Lead Manufacturing Technician
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production schedules. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbia, MO location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of our business and the satisfaction of our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide a team of manufacturing technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and processes
• Train and mentor new technicians to ensure their success in the role
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
