As a Lead Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play

You will work out of our Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced thermal
management systems, ensuring they align with Honeywell's quality standards and
industry best practices. You will also provide technical leadership in
identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring
systems remain operational.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support the architect, design and development of advanced cooling systems
-Develop
and implement system models using mathematical and simulation tools
-Conduct analysis and simulations to evaluate system performance and
identify areas for improvement
-Provide successful execution of complex demanding tasks
-Provide technical leadership in identifying issues and resolving them in
thermal management system modeling and analysis results
-Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement
enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations
YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
-6 years of experience in modeling and analysis of thermal management
systems or similar systems
-Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and
troubleshooting
-Strong knowledge of thermal fluid science, particularly the
thermodynamics of cycles
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under minimal supervision

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000-$177,000 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
