We are currently seeking a Finance Director – Global Business Analytics & Planning (BAP) to join our team in the Houston office. Reporting to the CFO of Honeywell Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS)), this role will be the finance leader responsible for all Forecasting, Planning and Analysis activities across LSSS (~$1.8Bn revenue). Responsibilities include various financial reporting activities, forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and driving regional poles to meet their income statement planning targets. The Finance Director will also be responsible to monitor working capital and free cash flow performance. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop plans and strategic initiative to meet targets.
You will be responsible for reporting results and analyzing business performance, including the preparation of executive level communications and presentations. Your team partners closely with functional leaders to drive optimal financial outcomes. In this role, you will be viewed as the next in line to the LSS Global CFO.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with LSS CFO, VPGM and pole leaders in preparing and driving annual plan, holding stakeholders accountable
· Global strategic finance partner that advises leadership on opportunities/risk that impact financial performance of the business
· Work with the Software Accelerator & After Market Services (AMS) Accelerator teams on Business modelling, forecasting and report outs.
· -Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes - ensuring accurate and timely data availability and insightful, thorough analysis
· Prepare and provide information for presentations for the HPS / IA CFO & EO
· Identify performance trends within the business, return on investment and investment decisions.
· Prepare and present Annual Operating Plan
· Closely track working capital performance, and work with poles on optimization initiatives
· Manage financial performance and implement finance strategies across different business units to achieve committed business performance and targets
· Play a critical role in the evolution of Honeywell’s overall financial information program, including areas such as management reporting, data management and related systems and processes
