As a Machine Setup Operator-Level here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient setup and operation of machines in our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for setting up machines, adjusting settings, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our production processes. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Freeport location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations by ensuring that machines are set up correctly and running smoothly. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise will be essential in minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper alignment and calibration.
Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output and quality.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

The hourly range for this position is $45,760 ($22/hr) - $48,880 ($23.5/hr). Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline.
