Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.
Utilize your logistics expertise and be part of handling a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the daily store operations to ensure critical parts availability, material handling and so on . You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met.
Position Responsibilities:
· Work
safely and promote safety on site and in the Maintenance Department
· Execute
Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Orders per weekly
maintenance schedule
· Respond
to urgent and emergency Work Orders as directed by Maintenance Team Leader
· Troubleshoot
equipment failures and out-of-spec equipment operation
· Participate
in Maintenance after-hours on-call rotation
· Complete
time sheet entries including hours worked, job detail, and parts required
· Maintain
critical spare parts inventory by adhering to Kanban replacement policies
· Adhere
to Maintenance Department and site-level standard work
· Assist
outside contractors as needed, both with physical labor and communicate
Honeywell safety standards
· Assist
the Engineering staff on a variety of engineering projects
· Complete
Sequential Safety Process (SSP) activities as directed by the Maintenance Team
Leader
· Participate
in recurring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) trainings
· Participate
in compliance-driven Process Hazard Analyses
· Participate
in Kaizen-driven activities
· Attend
special training seminars as requested. Deliver training and safety
meeting topics to other employees as requested.
· Learn,
observe, and follow all departmental safety and housekeeping rules,
regulations, and good practices
· Promote,
participate in, and support Six Sigma and Honeywell Accelerator System (HAS)
cultures
· Report
all hazards and unsafe work conditions or practices for corrective action
· Maintain
safe housekeeping
· Ensure
that all waste generated in respective areas is managed according to
regulation
