This Sr. Advanced Manufacturing PLC Engineer-PLC Controllers will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Drive critical decisions in deployment of production processes & technologies that are standardized among different manufacturing facilities.
- Deploy new production equipment or improve performance from current equipment. Considering automation and digitalization for new or upgrade equipment.
- Responsible for qualification and release products into production
- Responsible for defining, quoting, installing, validating and releasing manufacturing equipment into production,
- Support in the planning and execution of project plans and design reviews; involvement in production release of modified or new product documentation
