As a Manufacturing Facilitate Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical facilitation and guidance to our manufacturing teams. Your expertise and knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of projects, enhancing facilitation efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. You will report directly to our Maintenance manager and you will work out of our Geismar, LA location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by providing technical facilitation and guidance to resolve complex issues, optimize production processes, and ensure the highest quality standards. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement improvements will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical facilitation and guidance to manufacturing teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address technical demand and resolve issues.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve facilitation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify training and development needs for manufacturing teams and facilitate skill enhancement.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical facilitation
- 5 years SAP budgeting experience
- 5 years cost control in petro/chem industry
