Pricing Analyst II
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to oversee both Pricing Operations and Pricing Deal-desk functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing structures, ensuring data integrity, and managing price updates across systems. Additionally, you will evaluate and approve customer deals within your delegated authority by reviewing margins, discounts and historical pricing conditions. This role required close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, IT and Finance, to ensure daily pricing decisions align with business objectives while maintaining profitability and competitiveness. You will report directly to Sr. Pricing Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a Hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and approve deal requests through software tool, applying custom pricing within agreed process to drive margin increase
• Prioritize urgent deals, as well as close complex deals, to deliver frictionless customer interactions
• Assist in the structuring of complex quotes, proposing solutions or liaising with the team to follow escalation path
• Proactively identify and review pricing historical decisions and any analytical findings, customer and/or competitor related, to support margin growth and sustain sales volume
• Pricing Management - perform list pricing increase, on business request to ensure a good profitability level of Honeywell
• Prepare pricing data for implementation in pricing systems: List Prices; Standard Discounts; Special Prices; Transfer Prices/ Intercompany – on request
• Ensure data accuracy and system compliance SAP, PROS, Salesforce, Price Books
• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process built within Honeywell’s stage gate process to insure pricing excellence and value pricing on critical product launches
• Ad hoc reports to support other functions for analytical purpose and business decisions
