- Process Operator - Level 2
As a Process Operator - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for operating and maintaining process equipment in our facility in Columbia, MO. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Columbia, MO location.
In this role, you will impact the production process by monitoring equipment, making adjustments as necessary, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be accountable for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure efficient production
• Make adjustments to equipment settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or process issues
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment is in good working order
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - In October, 2024 Honeywell announced
the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone
publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this
role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this
future transaction when the separation occurs.
