Job Requirements
">We are currently seeking an experienced Thermal NPI Product Manager to lead our thermal product development initiatives. This critical role involves overseeing new product introduction processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Manage the NPI process, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to develop innovative thermal solutions that meet market demands and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that new products meet quality and performance standards.
- Product Validation: Oversee product testing and validation activities to guarantee compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Market Readiness: Ensure that new products are well-positioned in the market, supported with appropriate training and materials.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to new product introductions, reporting on project status and performance metrics.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, driving product improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.

About You
">To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, new product introduction, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience. You should possess excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, a proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
