As
a Program Controls Specialist IV here at Honeywell, you will play a critical
role in managing and overseeing various aspects of program controls for our
Aerospace business. You will be responsible for ensuring effective project
planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your
expertise in program controls will contribute to the successful execution of
projects and programs within the Aerospace business unit.
You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out of
our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of project
execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and
meet the required quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Leads in development of initial program baselines (cost or schedule) for high-risk development programs.
-Prepares and analyzes reliable cost report data for program stakeholders
-Responsible for EAC (estimate at completion) management on complex programs.
-Performs reliable program cost-walk and cost analysis for program stakeholders
-Leads compliant baseline change management
-Ensures cost and schedule integration are aligned to scope and contract requirements
-Leads program team through internal and external earned value audit preparation and execution
-Proactively and effectively communicates with program team and customers
-Identifies root cause, impact analysis and recommends corrective actions and supports variance analysis
-Actively supports CAMs in monthly cost and schedule reviews and drives complete and accurate EACs and variance analysis
-Initiates and participates in organizational and program process improvements
-Mentors other team members
