Position Overview:
The Quality Control Manager - cGMP will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in a manufacturing environment and leading two quality laboratories, including a cGMP testing (pharmaceutical) lab. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, possess adept problem-solving capabilities, and have relevant laboratory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the two labs, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and cGMP regulations.
- Lead a team of lab technicians and senior chemist, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct investigations and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, employing problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
- Analyze laboratory data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
