R&O Supervisor (Off Shift)
As an R&O Supervisor (Off Shift) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the Repair and Overhaul operations during the off shift. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure that all repair and overhaul activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards and meeting customer expectations.
You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Olathe, Kansas location on an off shift work schedule.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our Repair and Overhaul operations, ensuring that all products are repaired and overhauled to meet the required specifications and timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the off shift Repair and Overhaul team.
• Ensure that all repair and overhaul activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor and track the progress of repair and overhaul jobs, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timelines.
• Work with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality, to resolve any technical issues or demands.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Repair and Overhaul operations.
