As a Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy. Your role will involve optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and ensuring our sales team operates at its peak performance. You will report directly to VP of Sales Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, Phoenix, Houston, or Atlanta location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization by streamlining processes, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead initiatives to optimize sales and sales incentive processes and drive efficiency focusing on territory definitions and crediting logic
- Partner with SBGs and GBEs to help implement sales central to be the central depository of customer facing content for Honeywell
- Project manage implementation from a business standpoint to ensure that all legacy content is migrated over to the new platform
- Help socialize best practices and continue to administer user rights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in both SIP administration and sales collateral management
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
- Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization
