As a Senior Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth for the Honeywell LNG technology and equipment business. Your expertise in account management and strong customer relationships will enable you to provide innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. By effectively managing key accounts, guiding the Honeywell LNG team, and collaborating with other Honeywell businesses selling into this market segment, you will position Honeywell for long-term success and establish it as a leader in the LNG industry.

You will report directly to our Commercial Director - LNG and you will work out of the Allentown or Houston office. The territory for this role spans the Globe, as the LNG industry is a truly global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company to deliver value-added solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
  • You will travel up to 30% for this role

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in account management, contract negotiations and sales in direct technical sales into the following industries: LNG, Biofuels, Hydrogen, O&G /refining, and major EPC companies

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
