As a Senior Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell’s Sensing and Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in New Product Introduction ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective test engineering operations. You will support all testing operations across multiple locations by defining, designing, and implementing test stands as needed, coordinating with facilities to ensure test stands needs are accounted for, and planning for future testing infrastructure needs. Your expertise in test methodologies and tools will be instrumental in developing testing infrastructure and capabilities to develop new products. This position is based at our Columbus (OH) location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Define the test infrastructure strategy to meet product testing needs
•Design test stands as needed and procure parts for test stand assembly and commissioning
•Manage test stand assets and calibration and upkeep
•Coordinate with facilities to ensure space and needs are aligned
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test stand requirements
•Perform testing and activities as needed for new and existing products
