As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell SETS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations at our Nebraska City location. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of production plans, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will lead a high-performing production team, providing coaching and guidance to drive employee engagement and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
