Job Summary

- Thermal Product Development: Manage the development of new thermal products, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that new products meet quality and performance standards.

- Market Readiness: Ensure that new products are well-positioned in the market, supported with appropriate training and materials.

About You
">To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, new product introduction, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience. You should possess excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, a proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
