Role Summary
The Senior Reliability Engineer will be responsible for managing a team of reliability engineers, developing and implementing robust reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability engineering practices and methodologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability engineering practices and methodologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a holistic approach to product reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6 years of experience in reliability engineering in a Petroleum/Chemical manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering ethics, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
