Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of Aerospace Wheel & Brakes. You will be assigned as a process owner for the Wheel & Brake and carbon machining cells. As a process owner, you will become the subject matter expert to conduct process audits, provide hands-on production floor technical support, solving poor product yield, reducing scrap, and conducting dispositions of product non-conformances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams
- Prepare or update reports and documentation
- Process definition and driving technical solutions that meet sustainability objectives
- Issue identification and resolution through cause chain analysis
- Identify and implement continuous improvement
- Product dispositions of non-conforming hardware
- Training and qualifying operators
- Process Audit focal
- Other responsibilities as assigned
