Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement turbomachinery design and analysis strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish design goals and metrics
- Provide expert technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
- Identify and mitigate potential design risks throughout the product lifecycle
Staying ahead of industry trends and advancements is crucial in bringing innovation to turbomachinery engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Minimum 8 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery design principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with advanced engineering analysis methods such as CFD analysis and finite element analysis
