We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and guide the charge in enhancing our digital experience. Key Responsibilities
- Build a Design System. Develop a comprehensive library of GDM-approved components to enhance our digital customer experience.
- Focus on creating reusable components and interaction patterns to streamline development processes across all businesses.
- Governance and Standardization - Provide standard UX-focused tickets for development teams, ensuring a seamless workflow and thoughtfulness of the end-to-end customer journey.
- Ensure all current designs exceed the standards set by WCAG 2.2 for accessibility.
- Conduct comprehensive audits, design reviews, and implement best practices for accessibility in design and functionality.
- Use a suite of tools to ensure code is WCAG compliant and follows UX best practices.
