Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity You will be responsible for providing general legal support to Honeywell and its different businesses and legal entities, including Corporate Governance, compliance, and transactional work. You will also be responsible for leading, developing, helping negotiate and close challenging and complex legal contracts with customers and interacting with our clients’ legal departments as well as external / specialized legal firms. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the Company and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will keep abreast of industry-specific regulations and ensure that appropriate risk management strategies are in place.
