KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and provide guidance on Pre-FEED and FEED development for projects including process scope and design solutions for growth, cost savings, and HSE projects
- Lead and Provide guidance on process safety management
- Oversee the development of process models, heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, layout, basic control schemes, and equipment specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical and process safety risks during design.
- Provide on-site technical support during project construction, commissioning, startup, and product trials.
- Evaluate process alternatives during design and justify process improvements with economic evaluations.
- Develop expertise with process chemistry and unit operations to enable scale-up of laboratory and pilot data to commercial design.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites to develop and implement productivity projects, demonstrated knowledge of engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.

Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.- 3 years of Process Engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing sector.
