In this role, you will partner with customers, understand their voice and impact the quality and reliability of our products and processes, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and implement best practices. You will be a change agent in driving a customer-centric and quality culture within the cross-functional teams.
- Interact with customers and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience for Honeywell product, services and projects
- Implement customer analytics for strategic customer accounts for proactive and preventive customer issues
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer escalations to address rapid resolution and systematic improvement to failure modes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive quality improvements and implement best practices focused on customer experience
- Develop and maintain customer quality processes, metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
