Lead a team of professional engineers who are making Honeywell's manufacturing more efficient and consistent. You
will leverage your manufacturing engineering experience and skills to lead the investigation and solution of
challenging supply chain problems. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to the evaluation of the process
to meet product specifications. Through collaboration with customers and cross functional teams, you will prioritize
team workload and drive exceptional team outcomes. As a manager, you will coach your team members in technical
and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.

• Provide technical support and Strategic Leadership to the ISC OEM and Repair & Overhaul
Organization by driving customer service, health, safety and environmental HSE, quality, delivery and
cost issues
• Develop, support, and drive the global productivity goals for engineering savings, through Repair
Development, test system improvements and implementation of standardized processes (i.e.
Workscoping)
• Work as part of cross functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business performance
relating to reliability, quality, process turn time, first pass yield, cost, productivity and warranty claims
• Identify and implement aggressive cost reduction initiatives and identify external business
opportunities relating to the business
• Partner with our customers to identify and execute actions, which solve problems for our customers
and drives future growth opportunities
• Lead teams in addressing/supporting complex Root Cause Corrective Action investigations

The annual base salary
range for this position is $175K - $215K. Please note that this salary
information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors
when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities
of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key
skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive
plan eligible.
