As an Sr Field Service Technician (Building Automation & Controls) at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and can be located in the Rochester and Syracuse, NY locations or surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on building automation equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Provide on-site support to clients, addressing technical inquires, and offering guidance on system usage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities including installation records, maintenance
reports, troubleshooting procedures, etc. - Ensure proper use of safety and personal protection equipment
- Acquire security and other clearances as required by customer
The annual base salary range for this position is $57,300 - $71,700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
