You will report directly to our Investigations Director and work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our organization by identifying and addressing potential risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations of company policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze evidence, including documents, electronic data, and witness statements
- Leverage subject matter experts and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Interview witnesses and subjects of investigations
- Prepare detailed investigation reports, conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and improve internal controls
