As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive the success of end-to-end supply chain initiatives. You will focus on establishing and implementing actions so that our key suppliers can deliver to our needs. You will be responsible for enabling our suppliers to recover and grow through overseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. Collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers, including sub-tier suppliers, is integral to identify and implement recovery actions and process improvements. You will report directly to our Senior Director, Focused Supplier Development and you’ll work out of either our locations at Tucson, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, or Clearwater, FL on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the successful execution of supply chain projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals.
• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
• Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
• Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of supply chain projects, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
