Honeywell is hiring a Sr. Advanced Project Engineer for Aerospace Avionics Product Development in Deer Valley, Arizona, within the Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CNS) Center of Excellence. The CNS team, headquartered in Deer Valley, has a global presence with design teams in Arizona, Minneapolis, India, Czech Republic, and China.
In this role, you will lead and manage engineering projects across the global CNS domain, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring efficient delivery and driving operational excellence. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates demonstrate aviation safety commitment, technical excellence, leadership, customer focus, and global collaboration. Strong communication, integrity, and teamwork are essential, along with the ability to work across functions and build strong relationships with customers and certification agencies.

LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE : You will report directly to our Director of Project Engineering, and you'll work out of our Deer Valley, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
