- Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze test data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other quality records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineering Technician or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with inspection and testing techniques
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
