As a Sr Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a strategic role in driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate the overall effectiveness of our sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our sales team operates at the highest level of excellence.
You will report directly to our Director of Sales Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, or Fort Mill SC locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will lead weekly, monthly and quarterly rolling revenue & order forecast, employ solid problem-solving skills, facilitate weekly revenue calls and deal funnel reviews, support revenue objectives and participate in proactive, cross-functional management of inventory investments /assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and manage revenue and order forecasting process for North America region
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps to meet revenue and order target
- Own pipeline management and related processes, including order intake say/ do improvement
- Establish and oversee SFDC management practices and value realization, drive standardization of sales process & tools
- Improve existing or create new reports and dashboards as required for continuous improvement, using digital tools (for ex. Tableau)
- Provide strategic guidance and facilitate the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
