The Sr Sales Representative will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new Strategic Accounts for our Sensing and Safety Technologies’ Sensor Division. You will build relationships and understand a Global customer base to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a Regional Account base and oversee all design activities and revenue growth.
· Develop key relationships and facilitate all aspects of communications.
· Achieve/exceed the numerical metrics of your AOP for Revenue and Deal Wins while balancing the revenue and margin goals of the business.
· Partner with a team of engineers, and ensure the team meets their combined targets as well as all proactive selling targets, following the SST sales playbook.
· Accurately forecast orders and growth opportunities and feed them into SIOP.
· Utilize CRM Salesforce.com to maintain and drive customer management.
· 50% travel to customer sites.
Manage all aspects of a Regional Strategic Account Planning and Execution.
· Develop Accounts to exceed YOY targets.
· Understand detailed account mapping and facilitate activities at each of the accounts.
· Engage with all levels of contacts to drive growth initiatives and increase in Share of Wallet from the top down.
· Work with internal stakeholders to develop a target list of engagements where we become a solution partner by leveraging new technologies that solve the customer’s problems and differentiate us from our competitors.
· Provide strategic direction in deal development and conduct risk assessments using financial and business acumen.
· Communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) input for future product developments.

· Know every design location within your account base to drive new project growth.
· Have a deep understanding of SFDC as a proactive selling tool and use this to monitor, manage and drive growth at your accounts.
· Follow the SST Sales Playbook MOS to ensure that you are following the SFDC guidelines and structure.
· Work jointly with your manager to develop an MOS to achieve targeted goals.
· Ensure that your MOS drives constant engagement between the customer and internal Honeywell support teams.
· Develop detailed, Strategic Account Plans for global customer understating.
The salary range for this position is ($94400-142000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
