As a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer within the Electronic Systems – Electronic Test Community of Excellence at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced test strategies and methodologies for aerospace products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain automated test systems and ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise in systems engineering will play a critical role in driving innovation and improving the performance of our aerospace technology.
You will report directly to our Electronic Solutions Engineering Site Leader and you’ll work out of our Olathe, Kansas location.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by providing technical guidance and support, analyzing test results, and identifying areas for improvement. Your contributions will help us deliver high-quality aerospace products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced test strategies and methodologies for aerospace products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
- Ensure the quality and reliability of products through effective testing
- Identify areas for improvement as part of Total Productive Maintenance
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams
