You will report directly to our Support Manager and you'll work out of our Salem, OR location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers' building systems by providing timely and accurate technical support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of information and the optimal performance of our products. Your dedication to excellent customer service and your ability to adapt to changing technology will contribute to the success of our customers and the growth of our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with building control and optimization systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and provide valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles and resources to enhance the customer support process.
- Analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in building automation technology.
