Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide test and manufacturing support for microelectronics, MEMS inertial, magnetic, and pressure sensor products at the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility.
Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, track product health trends, and drive yield improvements.
Investigate the root cause of technical issues, contain problems to protect customers, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
Assist development of new products and processes.
Support preventative maintenance plans and capital equipment planning to maintain and achieve factory capacity and efficient product flow.
