Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Test Engineering Systems Lead for our Golden Valley, MN location that will play a crucial role in supporting the Test Engineering organization in driving the advancement of our connected sustainability technologies. You will lead and coordinate the development of test engineering software systems, tools, and processes such that the Test Engineering organization can efficiently deliver testing activities for assigned projects across multiple locations. Your expertise in test management software, test data management, and test reporting tools will be instrumental in the success of the Test Engineering organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and develop ACST’s test management software tools strategy and infrastructure
- Define test data management infrastructure solutions
- Define and develop test reporting tools
- Define processes and procedures for how the organization will interface with testing software tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on the above responsibilities and ensure cross-functional needs are met
Pay Range for Role:
The annual base salary range for this position is $129,000- $161,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Compensation Package:
This position is incentive plan eligible.

#ACSTYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a STEM related field
- Minimum of 8 years of IT and/or software operations, support, or infrastructure management
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting engineering operations via implementing, developing, and supporting product development and test engineering software tools
- Experience using, supporting, or administering a test management software
- Experience in supporting and training in test management software tools across multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
