Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement, maintain, and optimize methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Using your technical background, you will be assigned to a product cell where you will become a subject matter expert to conduct process audits, provide hands-on production floor technical support with troubleshooting and solving poor product yield, reducing scrap and conduct dispositions of product non-conformances. You will add value to the business by introducing process control requirements and improvements, along with the identification and execution of cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
