Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will monitor, assist, and improve processes, equipment, and people to ensure HON metrics in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery are met.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsibilities of Position: Monitor, assist and improve processes, equipment, and people to ensure HON metrics in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery are met.
· Schedule and track all mixers according to demand.
· Pump mixers by color daily to keep proper cement inventories.
· Monitor mixer charge to maintain specified viscosity and solids.
· Monitor and maintain the blended solvent to the specified percentage.
· Schedule screen and filter box cleaning according to procedure L-116.
· Complete physical inventory and raw material ordering both weekly and monthly or as needed.
· Verify all batch tickets are complete in prescribed manner.
· Report irregularities of cement or equipment to the Manufacturing support Manger.
· Pump off delivered tankers of solvent according to procedure L-119 and check solvent inventories.
· Ensure oil is to the mixer bearings and they are adjusted to drip oil correctly.
· Coordinate and evaluate the training of the Mill/Mix personnel.
